Inside a 30-Day Challenge

Here’s what to expect:

Before Day 1 👋

Once you join, you’ll get access to the closed Slack group.

Here, you’ll get a quick overview of the different channels, vote on the upcoming challenge, and prepare 1–2 personal metrics to track (like mood, energy, blood pressure, etc). Around this time, you will be placed in your small support group who will be doing the same challenge and be your accountability partners for the next 30 days.

That’s ok! We will slowly be adding a lot of resources for you to learn, network with other testers, and prepare for the upcoming challenge.

Week 1: Ease In + Build the Habit

The challenge begins. You’ll start tracking your daily habit and logging your personal KPIs (key performance indicators). Nothing intense, just simple progress. Your group will be there to check in, support, and celebrate with you.

Example 30-Day Challenges

Cold Showers ~ Phone-Free Evenings ~ Daily Walks ~ No Added Sugar ~ Consistent Wake Time ~ Mood Journaling ~ Mini Strength Workouts ~ Social Media Limit ~ Morning Hydration

Weeks 2–3: Stay Consistent + Share Wins

This is the heart of the challenge. You’ll keep logging and reflecting, sharing what’s working (and what’s not) with your group. Expect accountability, light structure, and maybe a few surprises.

Good thing this community isn’t called “Perfectish”! Life happens. We follow the 2-day rule: skip a day if you need to, but never two in a row. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s momentum.

Week 4: Reflect + Reset

At the end, we pause to look at the data — what improved, what shifted, and how you feel. You’ll share a short reflection with your group and decide what you want to take with you into the next month.

First challenge starts May 1, 2025
